4."Société en Nom Collectif"(SNC):private partnership

5."Société Commandite Simple"(SCS): sleeping partnership

6."Société en Commandite par Actions"(SCA):partnership limited by share

7."Société Anonyme Monégasque" (SAM):public limited company

8."Société a Responsabilité Limitée"(SARL): private limited liability company

It should be noted that apart from "Sociétés Civiles Immobilières" all other Monaco business entities must have suitable premises and be staffed.
