In order to form an offshore company you will need to be able to provide the following basic information:

In which jurisdiction do you want to establish your company ?
         (e.g. BVI, Panama etc.)

The proposed name of the company ?

The purpose of the company e.g. owning real estate.

The name and address of the beneficial owner together with a certified           copy of their passport and evidence of residency.
