Richard Maclellan
Richard is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant who relocated to Monaco with his family in the early 1990s, initially serving as a Partner at Moore Stephens Monaco. He joined EBC as CEO in 1992 and has led the firm as its owner since 1996. With over 30 years of experience in the Principality, Richard provides high-level consultancy and administrative oversight for individuals and corporate entities navigating Monaco’s unique regulatory environment.
Beyond his professional role, Richard is an avid hiker and golfer who enjoys traveling through Italy
and spending time in the kitchen with his family.

Andrea Di Teodoro
Born in Venezuela and of Italian and Lebanese descent, Andrea brings a unique international perspective to the EBC team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree (MSc) with Distinction in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester. Before joining EBC in 2019, Andrea developed her expertise in the financial services sector with American Express in the UK. At EBC, she works closely with both private and corporate clients, applying her analytical background to develop tailored relocation and business strategies.
Outside of the office, Andrea’s time is primarily dedicated to her family and raising her two young
children.

Henry Maclellan
Henry brings over 14 years of diverse operational and strategic experience to EBC. Having spent over a decade developing a comprehensive understanding of business structures—from marketing and accounts to client relationships—he is expertly equipped to manage complex client requirements. Henry is dedicated to the growth of EBC’s client base, ensuring that every individual and business receives a level of service built on deep-rooted operational expertise and a “client-first” philosophy.
His background in navigating multifaceted business environments makes him uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the Monégasque administrative landscape with efficiency and clarity. Outside of the office, Henry is an avid traveller and enjoys hiking.
